Mind Reset Program
As the world gradually adapts to digital industrialization, there is a growing risk of becoming lack of empathy, compassion, and gratitude, due to addiction to technology, especially among the younger generation. The Mind Reset Program is specially crafted to instill a 360 degree life balance and increase neuroplasticity from a young age by encouraging minimal technological interaction. These life skills are taught based on the latest psychological research on happiness and neuroplasticity, particularly by the founder herself.
Ascend the second highest peak in Langkawi, the Mat Cincang Mountain – which is the oldest in all of Asia. Trek up 638 steps through a mildly-steep trail in one of the three UNESCO World Heritage Geoparks on the island, surrounded by dense rainforest trees and unique stone formations that date back up to 500 millions of years ago.
The trek is a great opportunity to spot different species of butterflies and monkeys. Featuring two tiers of waterfall, you will be welcomed by spectacular, breath-taking views of the island, especially that of the Andaman Ocean seemingly sitting between two mountains, as if the mountains are forming a basin to hold up the ocean.

This program aims to improve relaxation, increase awareness, and level up cognition by simultaneously coordinating the left and right hemispheres of the brain. The first of its kind, the retreat also includes meditation, as well as light refreshments.
